While many members of the Port Medical Management team have conducted international commerce, Ilse Schmidt’s embrace of global operations has been fortified by her studies abroad, her mastery of languages, and her more than 20 years of service to the shipping industry. Fluent in three languages, Ms. Schmidt graduated with honors from the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico with a degree in International Relations and holds an MBA from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. Her professional portfolio includes experience in operations and chartering for parcel tankers and dry cargo shipping and her responsibility for Port Medical clients include accounts payable, finance accounting, office management, and human resources.
