MOBILE APP FOR REMOTE COVID TESTING

Port Medical’s SeaScan app provides a much less expensive alternative to laboratory testing. The app allows crewmembers to use self-administered antigen COVID-19 test and includes a 3-step verification system, with photo confirmation and third-party corroboration of results by Port Medical Management.

New Users

On the sign in screen, under “Sign In” please select Create An Account.


Returning Users

Enter your email address and password. Select Sign In.

 

Create An Account

Enter your first name, last name, and email address, then create a password and confirm password. Select Register.

If you reached this screen in error and already have an account, please select Sign in. (Located underneath Create account)

Start New Test

Once you have logged in select Start New Test.

 

Test

Click the Test Administrator tab. If you are administering the test yourself, select Self. If someone is administering the test to you on your behalf, select Other, and enter the Administrator’s name.

Enter the name of the city in which the test was administered.


Patient

Enter First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport or ID# and your email address.


Ship

Enter vessel or project name under Ship Name.

Click NEXT.

Upload Video

Take a video of your test being administered and upload it in the app.

Click NEXT.

Video Uploaded

At this point you can click NEXT or you can RETAKE the video.

Upload Test Results

Set your test results and your passport side-by-side and press the image to take a photo.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Your test has been successfully submitted. From here you can START A NEW TEST, view your Test History or  Log out.
